Roverines pre-season starts strong
The Roverines have made a strong start to their pre-season training! With 7-a-side tournaments running at Michaels Ave through to April, the ladies take their sessions to Ngahue Reserve in St Johns. Now in their third season, the Roverines will look to strengthen their reputation among the AFF Senior Womens conference and become a strong, competitive team within the third division.
Recruitment has been a big success this year with the newest members coming from a mix of the Zamantiix Rovers Open Days and word of mouth among the footballing community. The now 18 strong team will spend the next five weeks focusing on bonding as a team and getting their match fitness season ready!
All training sessions can be found in the club events calendar on the home page. For those looking to join a new women's team, you're more than welcome to join us for training next week!
The next training session will be held Wednesday 18 March at 6:30pm.
